About us;
We are a group of dedicated people, who hold it above all else that our most important mission as “global citizens” is the healing and restoring of our fragile planet’s ecosystem. We believe that it is our obligation to live on this planet in a way that leaves it in the way we found it when we came here. So that future generations may come and live in a harmony that was supposed to be. So they don’t have to come here to a planet that is in disrepair. It should be the possibility for every human to be born into a life of “endless opportunity”.
Recycling is a natural function of the universe. Everywhere you look, you can see recycling happening, from black holes, and the largest of stars in the sky, to the smallest of molecules and elements. Trees for example, are constantly recycling the air and producing oxygen, as is the kelp in the seas. Humans recycle in the form of landfills. This may not be the best way to recycle, but that's how we do it here in America. Someday we will be able to capture all of the gasses that are released into the atmosphere by the decoposition of human wastes. Someday we will be able to get recycled materials such as lumber before it has to go to the "dump". With time we should be able to get the science of recycling down to the T.
The banning of petroleum based plastic bags in San Francisco is a huge step forward in the human "race". One step at a time we as a civilization will make strides to better our world.
It is in the spirit of hope, faith, and charity that we come together at this time to offer the planet our services in an attempt to “save our planet”. Northwest Recycling Outreach(NWRO) is an organization that believes human activity is one of the main contributing factors to the deterioration of our planet’s ecosystem. Human activity is what it will take to clean it up.. it should be easy to see that we are all in some way or another contributing to the degradation of our ecosystem. From our trees, to our water, to our air, to the very soil we walk upon; every part is indeed connected to a greater whole. A holistic insight into our behavior reveals a very startling fact. The fact that our species is just now becoming aware that our planet is alive and has consciousness even!
The planet is speaking to us, not only speaking but crying out to us to become aware, aware of the finite balance that God created in the beautiful design of the universe. Not only the universe but the planet Earth, a very integral part of the universe.
Our planet is trying to tell us about the future, a future that we can change if we come together and stop the needless degradation of our defenseless planet. We have been able to watch the horrors of the past on television, {examples omitted}… why should we let our children and our children’s children have the unfortunate inheritance of watching helplessly on TV, the destruction of the planet’s ecosystem. While they know there is nothing they can do about the mistakes of past generations? Generations who may have made great strides in medicine and space exploration, even civil rights, but could not realize the basic “Finite balance of the ecosystem” in which they lived and breathed.
We are a group of people who want there to be a time when everybody does not have to be plagued with thinking about pollution and it's affects on the environment. We as a community should wake up every day knowing that what we do today makes a difference in the lives of thousands... Thousands alive today and thousands alive tomorrow. We want there to be a beautiful day when the history of mankind is seen as a triumphant victorious one and one with endless opportunity still in store!!!
